Terms and Conditions for Shinesty's Dirty 30 Cash Back
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Shinesty's Dirty 30 Cash Back ("Sale"). By participating in the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
To qualify for Shinesty's Dirty 30 Cash Back, a "Qualifying Order" must be placed on shinesty.com between November 4, 2024, at 12:01 AM MT and November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT. A Qualifying Order must be for a new subscription or new e-commerce purchase and cannot be a recurring subscription order. For the purposes of this promotion, a “recurring subscription order” is defined as an order that automatically renews during the promotion as part of an automatic subscription plan (e.g., Monthly Ball Hammock Underwear Subscription).
2. Money Back Calculation:
Money back will be issued in the form of a single-use discount code and calculated as a percentage of the Order Subtotal. The Order Subtotal is defined as the sum of product prices after applicable product discounts. The Order Subtotal does not include shipping costs, taxes, or other discounts such as first-time customer discounts.
- All customers: 30% money back on Qualifying Orders.
- Active Subscribers: 40% money back on Qualifying Orders (must have an active subscription at the time of purchase to receive 40%).
3.Redemption & Restrictions:
Money back will be issued in the form of a single-use discount code that will expire two years from the date of the Qualifying Order. Discount code can only be redeemed on shinesty.com Discount codes cannot be redeemed for subscription credits on existing subscriptions. Discount codes will reduce the Order Subtotal by an amount not to exceed the value of the code and cannot be applied to taxes or shipping costs added during checkout.
4. Delivery of Money Back:
Codes will be delivered to purchasers via email, using the same email associated with the Qualifying Order, within 3 business days of the Qualifying Order being placed.
5. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges for Qualifying Orders:
Qualifying Orders may be canceled, returned, or exchanged according to our standard Terms & Conditions. If an order is canceled or returned in full, the Money Back discount code will be disabled.If an order is partially returned or refunded, Money Back will be proportionally reduced, and a new Money Back discount code will be issued based on the revised Order Subtotal after all applicable refunds have been accounted for. If a Qualifying Order is canceled or refunded, and Money Back has already been redeemed in a subsequent order ("Subsequent Order(s)"), the refund will be adjusted accordingly, minus any amount of Money Back redeemed in Subsequent Order(s).
6. General Terms:
- Shinesty reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Sale is subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
- By participating in the Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
