    Product great, delivery needs work

    Product is great as always, but the delivery process is atrocious! I have monthly subscription, and the last 3 months you've had to resend due to they never show up. I am currently waiting for the 4th pair to show up and we are now on the 3rd week! 3+ weeks for a pair of underwear?!

    I canceled my subscription in plenty of time to not receive this order . But it seems no matter what I do I cannot get out of my subscription. I liked your products but because of all the run around and not an actual person to talk to I hope I don’t receive anything from you again.
